We’re hiring a Growth Marketing Lead to take full ownership of our multichannel marketing campaigns, end-to-end (planning, launch, optimization, and documentation). You’ll play a central role in ClaimClam’s growth engine, running campaigns that drive consumer claims. You’ll own our acquisition and conversion pipelines/metrics, and collaborate on content (Brand Marketing), channel expansion (Go-To-Market), and compliance (Legal).
This role is ideal for someone who’s analytical, organized, and curious — someone who loves fast feedback loops, tight iteration cycles, and scaling what works. If you’ve worked in Growth at a high-velocity startup or love testing and optimizing creative in performance-driven environments, we’d love to hear from you.

ClaimClam is an AI claims agent that helps match, prepare, and file claims for consumers get paid for every corporate violation impacting them. We specialize in mass actions related to data breaches, privacy violations, and antitrust cases. To date, we’ve processed over 55,000 claims and expect to recover more than $75 million for our users.
Our platform enables law firms to automate plaintiff acquisition, claims processing, claimant communications, and settlement administration. We currently work with over a dozen law firms, with partners from Am Law 100 firms, and have earned a reputation in complex litigation as an ethical operator unafraid to take big swings (Google us!). Our partners love us because we help them find the right claimants, handle operational complexities, and allow them to focus on what they do best: litigating and negotiating against wrongdoing corporations.
• Launch and manage marketing campaigns weekly via paid social, DSPs, channel partners (ex. consumer fintechs), and more. Monthly budget of $100k - $1M.
• Manage campaign handoff from BD / Partnerships to ensure accurate targeting and positioning, and handoff to Ops for data sanitation and verification.
• Maintain accurate campaign records, run analyses, and turn insights into scalable playbooks and inform new experiments / channels to test.
• Run structured A/B tests to improve CAC / CPA metrics. Collaborate with Ops and Engineering to run through-funnel experiments.
